Shopping with us
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over €75. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. Compare them with a similar item you already own, and if you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
